Conventional granulator with Archimedean screw. Installation directly under the injection molding machine or under robot (with feed hopper - option).
Auger opening 600x230 mm. The very compact and flexible design of the BVI
allows for several configurations of positioning the granulator. Cutting chamber with open rotor design like MB models.

Safety

Three electric safety devices prohibit the start-up of the granulator while open during maintenance. External safety device pre-wired in the electrical cabinet. A magnetic switch placed on the trough to ensure safety in case of below-the-press positioning or to ensure the presence of a feed hopper or safety guarding.
