W721 – W723
All larger robots including the W721 models are designed
with moveable kick stroke
beam which is guided directly in the main carriage. The reduced
moveable mass
allows high acceleration and deceleration for extremely short cycle
times.
- W721: The vertical arm is a rigid aluminum
extrusion and guided in heavy-duty linear bearings. Driven
by servomotor via belt to allow high speeds and short removal
times.
- W721 UHS: Reinforced
aluminum extrusion with 2 linear rails and
powerful servo drive for highest accelerations and speeds.
The top performance robot for the automation of thin wall
injection molded parts for cycle times below 6 seconds. Configuration
for reduced gripper and parts weight up to 5 kg (11 lbs).
- W723: Telescopic Vertical Axis: The
gripper is arranged in front of the telescopic arm and
allows a very short telescopic tube. For minimum overall height and
fast movements.
W731 – W732
The larger rugged main steel beam allows a wider distance between
the main
bearings and therefore longer kick-strokes up to 900 mm (reach
1190 mm) and
longer vertical strokes up to 1600 mm.
- W731: Same vertical arm design
as W721 but
for vertical strokes up to 1400mm. Due to the high operating
speeds of the vertical arm and handling weights up to 10 kg
(22 lbs),
the W731 is one of our bestsellers for IMM up to 500 tons locking
force.
- W732: The vertical arm is a
rigid aluminum extrusion with two high-
load linear bearings and a maximum length of 1.600 mm. For payloads
up to 20 kg (44 lbs) with high torque C-axis rotation for placing,
the W732 is a popular robot for insert jobs.
